Summer Application

TUITION (two options):

  • $130/Weekly (5 days per week) (3% Credit card fee, 1% ACH Fee)
  • $95/Weekly (3 day per week) (3% Credit card fee, 1% ACH Fee) Days need to be pre-determined and fees not based on attendance.

Parents with multiple children receive 10% sibling discount on tuition on second child

Childcare fees are due regardless of attendance since we are holding the slot for your child- however we will work with parents on vacation weeks if we know at least one week in advance to plan for staffing and meals.

REGISTRATION FEE:   $180 (includes Bible, T-shirt, Sketchbook and field trips)

Students registered after 5/15 are NOT guaranteed a T-shirt.

AGES: 5-12   HOURS: 7:30 am-5:30 pm

We provide childcare for ages 5-12, K-6th grades. Our students will be LEARNING during the summer!  Our activities include Bible lessons, music lessons including guitar (3rd grade and up) or piano (1st grade and up), Skating (parents need to furnish the skates), Karate (Gi is not required to purchase), Laser Tag, Art, and VBS style songs and crafts.

FIELD TRIPS include Country Lanes Bowling (June 10), Sawmill Theatre, and Lauren Rogers Museum (July 8th). The cost of field trips is included in the registration fee.

MEALS: We serve a 9 am snack, an 11:30 am lunch, and a 2 pm and 4:30 snack. The cost of food is covered in the weekly tuition.

We will also need a copy of your child’s 121 Immunization Form and a booster seat if your child requires one by law.

FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE: CCPP pays for $24/day. We charge $26/day, leaving a $2 per day difference. Parents on CCPP will pay their Full time Co-payment Monthly + the $2 per day difference.

Not familiar with CCPP? We are part of the Child Care Payment Program (CCPP) and accept certificates.  Parents who work at least 25 hrs per week (or in college) and children receive Medicaid, SNAP benefits, or qualify for free or reduced school lunches could qualify.
